Our Team

  • Dr.
    Jolene Des Roches,
    Ph.D, LPC-S, NCC

I am a native of rural South Texas and have over a decade of experience in clinical community mental health. My experiences inspired me to create Rendezvous Counseling to provide quality and accessible mental health services to underserved and minority populations. Our vision is to provide access by utilizing HIPPA Compliant Teletherapy to all areas of Texas. Additionally, I have tried to make therapy affordable by providing potential clients access to Licensed Professional Counselor Associates. I am an LBGTQ and Gender, Romantic, and Sexuality Minority affirming therapist and believe in social justice work. In addition to my clinical practice, I am also an Adjunct Faculty member with Alamo Community Colleges. If I am not walking paths to wellness with my clients, supervising associates, or teaching, you will find me somewhere in the Texas Hill Country camping.

  • Louisa Rodriguez,

My specialty is working with grief and loss, life transitions, behavioral issues, anxiety, stress, self-esteem building, depression, and relationship issues.

  • Rebecca Ayala,
    LPC-Associate

Hi! My name is Rebecca Ayala and I'm a new LPC-A and a School Counselor in NEISD. I was raised in the Dallas area, went to Coppell High School where I enjoyed science, softball, and choir. I have an M.S. in Biological Science from Clemson University and an M.A. in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University, as my interests changed slightly to counseling and supporting students in a different way. I recently received my LPC-A and cannot wait to be a fully-fledged LPC. I currently live in Selma and have three wonderful dogs and a boyfriend whose boat we go fishing on regularly. I enjoy weightlifting, gardening, cooking, and fishing. I cannot wait to meet and work with new clients!
